Exchange, Return and Refund Policies

If the purchased item does not meet your expectations and it is not in your interest to exchange for another item on the website, it is possible to cancel the purchase by returning the item and refunding the amount paid.

For physical products : The return must be made within 7 days after receiving the product. The product must be in perfect working order and aesthetics, so that it does not hinder neither the sale nor the use of the product to a next consumer / customer who comes to purchase this same product.

For Digital products: The cancellation of the purchase of the product must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the product, considering that it has not been redeemed or used for more than 2 hours on the customer's console (or PC). The product must be in perfect working order, so that it does not hinder neither the sale nor the use of the product to a next consumer / customer who comes to purchase this same product.

If the digital product has been redeemed on your console (or PC) for more than 2 (TWO) hours, the cancellation (refund) cannot be made. In cases of regret like this (in which the customer uses the product for more than two hours) we recommend renegotiating the product purchased directly from us with another item on the site that is of interest.

Our goal is to serve all customers with excellence. And we understand that a customer may accidentally purchase a product on impulse or even the influence of family members. This is very common.

We emphasize that our Return policy follows the same parameters as other companies in this digital segmentation (such as Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, among others).

The return of a product and refund is governed by the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, which was created by BetterGames Brasil, in line with the Consumer Protection Code (LAW No. 8,078, OF SEPTEMBER 11, 1990).
